What Is the Renewed Covenant in The Bible? Jeremiah 31:31
In light of the new covenant, God proclaimed, "The days are coming when I will establish a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah" (Jeremiah 31:31). This signifies that God intended to replace the old covenant with a new one. The new covenant was rooted in God's desire for the Lord Himself to come to this world and rescue sinners who had fallen into treacherous ways.
